Sales Associate: Cruises Retail

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Retail Sales Associate for one of our clients operating on multiple cruise lines.

Talent Profile:

• 1+ years’ experience in retail or hospitality; luxury guest experience is a plus

• Proven track record in driving sales performance through business development, product launches, or events

• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred; studies in retail or hospitality is a plus

• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, changing retail environment

• Able to retain and communicate detailed product knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and POS software

• Contribute to achieving guest service rating targets

• Receive positive guest comments

• Achieve personal sales and jewelry leads goals

• Maintain visual compliance standards

• Compliant in all areas of Asset Protection

Non-Negotiables:

• Minimum 21 years old

• Able to travel and live/work on a ship

• Available for 6-month contracts, 7 days/week, up to 77 hours

• Valid passport and, if possible, seaman book

• Able to stand long periods and participate in boat safety/emergency drills

• Able to lift, pull, and push merchandise/fixtures up to 55 lbs using proper safety equipment

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
