We are hiring for RIVER CRUISES: Chef de Rang

Join an international team on board a luxury river cruise and deliver top-level service in the restaurant, bar, lounge, and sundeck.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in upscale hospitality or cruise lines (min. 2 years)
✔️ Strong wine & bar knowledge
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Guest-oriented, professional, and flexible
✔️ Team player with a positive attitude

Main duties:
– Service in all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, sundeck)
– Use of MXP WOS system
– Maintain hygiene standards (HACCP)
– Participate in daily operations, events & embarkation
– Support team goals and KPIs
