PEOPLECONQUEST – International HR Company based in Portugal is currently recruiting for a prestigious River Cruises operation in Europe.

Position: Maitre D’Hotel

Purpose of the Role:
To ensure a professional, refined, and welcoming service across the restaurant, bar, lounge, and sundeck areas, delivering the highest standards of guest satisfaction in full alignment with the company’s brand standards and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent guest interaction and communication
• Ability to manage service operations efficiently
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
• Capability to motivate and inspire the team to exceed expectations

Salary: €2500– €2800 net per month.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position, in accordance with the company’s remuneration policy and applicable employment conditions.
