Housekeeping Manager – Cruise Ships

PeopleConquest: We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our cruise ship team.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the housekeeping department onboard
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff
Monitor inventory and housekeeping supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably on cruise ships or in hotels
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work in an international environment
Flexible and team-oriented attitude

We Offer:
Salary: €2500 – €2,800 net per month.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position, in accordance with the company’s remuneration policy and applicable employment conditions.
