Hospitality Professionals for River Cruises

PeopleConquest – Human Resources is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join international river cruise teams for the following positions:

– Hotel Manager
– Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Manage daily operations within your department
Lead, train, and motivate team members
Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in the applied position
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Experience in hospitality or cruise industry (preferred)
Good level of English
Availability to work onboard (rotation schedule)

Salary: €2000 – €3000 net per month.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position, in accordance with the company’s remuneration policy and applicable employment conditions.
