Executive Chef for River Cruises

PeopleConquest – Human Resources is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join international river cruise teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations onboard
Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
Plan menus and ensure high-quality food presentation
Maintain strict standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of international cuisine
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Good level of English
Availability to work onboard (rotation schedule)

Salary: €3000– €3500 net per month.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position, in accordance with the company’s remuneration policy and applicable employment conditions.
