Primary Responsibilities

Based in Lisbon, we are now recruiting an Advisor to perform inbound support by phone, web form, email or fax for some several markets:

The Advisor will:

– Deal with service requests.

What are we looking for?

Requirements

– Dutch, Danish, Norwegian and Germa native speakers

(mandatory)

– Strong English skills both spoken and written

– Excellent communication skills

– Highly empathetic and friendly

– Avaliability for schedule 24/07, with 2 day off and rotative schedule.
